The Crossings & Trailside Village at The Crossings

Steamboat Crossings is a joint venture between Aria Property Colorado and Olson Developments.  They are embarking on what will be Steamboat’s next great resort community- The Crossings and Trailside Village at The Crossings.  Trailside Village at the Crossings will be residential condominiums – one to three plus bedrooms in price range of $300-$800,000. The Crossings (the site to the north), which borders Fish Creek, will be mixed use commercial/retail/residential and will not be released until early 09.  Trailside Village may just be the last great opportunity to purchase an affordable residential condominium close to the ski area and the Yampa River in Steamboat.

Bear Lodge

Bear Lodge is the sixth and final phase of the Trappeur’s Crossing Resort family. It is the culmination of all that is positive about the experience of staying at Trappeur’s Crossing. Emerald Lodge

Emerald Lodge is the fifth building in the Trappeur's Crossing development. Aspen Lodge

Aspen Lodge is the fourth building in the Trappeur's Crossing development. It was completed in 2006 and contains 24 luxury units. Aspen Lodge was the first building to be awarded the Platinum rating, due to the high end appliances, finishes and furnishings. The building is also the first to be air conditioned throughout all condos. It features beautiful mountain and valley views.

Champagne Lodge

Champagne Lodge is the third building in the Trappeur's Community.  It was completed in 2005 and contains 28 units.  The units were beautifully outfitted with granite countertops and featured efficient floorplans.  The units are gold rated and have seen good occupancy rates among the nightly rentals.
