Rod Forrester

Rod Forrester was a founding Managing Director and CEO, from 1987 to 2003, of the FKP Property Group www.fkp.com.au which is a Top 200 ASX listed public company in Australia. FKP has a market capitalization of approximately $1.8 billion.

Rod retired from his position as CEO at FKP Limited 2003 (he has retained his directorship in a non-executive capacity), to fully concentrate on continuing the spectacular growth of his privately owned property company, ARIA Property International, formed with his son, Tim in 2002.

Rod was a member of the University of the Sunshine Coast Council from 1996 to 2002 serving as deputy Chancellor from 1998. He was also the founding Chairman of Matthew Flinders Anglican College. He is currently a Director of Sunshine Coast Helicopter Rescue Service Ltd.
